Marsda TNI (Purn) Agung Handoko S.H., M.H., M.M., CFrA., CGCAE., CSFA., was born in Semarang in 1966. He is retaired Senior Officer of the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) from the Military Police Corps with the final rank of Air Vice Marshal (retired in 2024). He is recipient of the Adhi MakayasaTrophy from the Indonesian Air Force Academy in 1998 and has served in the Indonesian Armed Force (TNI) for 36 years. His career was mostly spent in Military Police (Investigation) and the Inspectorate General (Supervision) with his last position being Comamander of The Miltary Police Center of the Indonesia Armed Force.

On 2021 he had Certified Goverment Chief Auditor Executive (CGCAE) and 2022 Certified State Finance Auditor (CSFA) The Auditor Board of the The Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI).
